Work Flow

Scripting and Conceptualization

During the scripting and conceptualization phase, I will develop a video concept through comprehensive research and detailed note-taking to determine the video's structure. Once the video outline is established, I will draft the script, incorporating notes on post-production edits, delivery style, and the overarching theme of the video.

Final Edit

The final editing phase centers on establishing the video's theme as outlined during the scripting stage. This involves compiling video clips, incorporating motion graphics, adding on-screen text, and executing all necessary edits to realize the envisioned final product.

Filming

Filming will be conducted using the following equipment: a DSLR Rebel T6 camera for video recording, mounted on a tripod; a Shure SM7B microphone connected to a Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen USB Audio Interface, with a Cloudlifter to enhance audio clarity; and Audacity software for audio recording. Additionally, a well-designed lighting setup is essential to maintain the professionalism of the video.

Thumbnail Creation

During the thumbnail creation phase, I will use Adobe Photoshop to design an engaging thumbnail, based on YouTube's analytics of previously successful thumbnails. Various thumbnails will be created, which then will be shown to a small focus group to determine the most appealing one.

The initial stage of the editing process involves exporting the audio and video recordings to the computer, followed by integration in Adobe Premiere Pro. This phase includes making cuts to address any gaps in the recording, adjusting the video's aspect ratio, performing color correction, and removing any outtakes.

Video Details and Publication

The final step involves uploading the video to the platform. This includes crafting a detailed description, adding timestamps, linking to related projects that viewers might find interesting, and directing them to my other social media channels. Additionally, an Instagram Reel and TikTok will be posted simultaneously to promote the project.

Achievements

The channel achieved the milestone of 100,000 subscribers in February 2023. Since then, it has more than doubled in size, currently at 245,000 subscribers.

As of August 2024, the channel has amassed over 29 million views. The most successful videos sit at over 800,000 views, with the most successful garnering 2.8 million. The channel is on track to hit the 30 million view milestone and a quarter of a million subscribers in the coming month.

Successfully launched 30 brand campaigns on the WOWMAN YouTube Channel, collaborating with prominent brands such as RayCon, Magic Spoons, and NordVPN. These partnerships have proven highly successful, with most brands requesting further collaborations following the success of their initial campaigns.
